Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, drain field
design, septic services, and watershed management? We are currently seeking a highly skilled
and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. As a leader in the industry, we
specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for construction projects, drain field design,
septic services, and watershed management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and evaluations to determine project feasibility, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including site preparation, equipment installation, and material procurement, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage drain field design projects, including soil analysis, site surveys, and system sizing, while considering environmental impact and local regulations.
- Provide expertise and guidance on septic services, including maintenance, repair, and installation of septic systems, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective watershed management strategies to protect and improve water quality, including erosion control measures and stormwater management plans.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to enhance project management processes and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Certifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on drain field design, septic services, and watershed management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with soil analysis, septic system design, and installation practices.
- Understanding of watershed management principles, erosion control measures, and stormwater management.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
